My classes include:
A facetime consultation, please note this will be at least two weeks prior to the class.
Enjoy a welcome cocktail with your guests before we start the class.
Learn the process of 'Bean to Bar' and understand how chocolate is made.
Witness the satisfying process of how bonbons are made.
Under my guidance you will learn how to make 10 of your own enrobed truffles with two flavours of your choice. Presentation bags and labels will be provided.
Taste and sample chocolate bonbons filled with a flavour of your choice.

Maximum 15 people per class

After a professional chef diploma, specializing in patisserie & confectionary, I worked at The Ritz London.
